Field Sales Executive

Anaxee is India's REACH Engine! We help brands, OEMs, and social organizations scale across India by providing outreach, especially in the remote parts of the country, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3, and 4 towns and villages, covering 11,000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

Job Location: Indore (M.P.)

Experience: Fresher or a minimum of six months of experience.

Salary Range – up to 2.4 LPA (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales function in the allocated cluster.

• Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.

• Expand and manage the sales network.

• Provide retailers with updates on new or improved products & services.

• Monitor and analyze the market scenario and competitors' activities, including pricing.

• Collect feedback from retailers.

• Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right counter, and at the right time.

• Have a knack for sales.

• Carry out the negotiation process and close sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role in the Non-FMCG sector would be an added advantage

• Strong leadership and managerial skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.

•Must have two-wheeler.
