We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at one of our Clients. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.
• Drive sourcing of loan files through direct sales, field teams and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly loan sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Promote and sell loan products like Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Personal Loans, etc.
• Ensure quality sourcing with complete and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams to resolve file-related quires.
• Maintain adherence to internal policies, regulatory norms, and audit requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts and loan campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and performance metrics as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within financial services or banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of loan products and documentation process is a plus.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
