Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Credfico Consultancy Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. The candidate will identify prospects and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

👉 This position offers strong growth prospects along with an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, field visits, and door-to-door visits

• Generate new leads through networking, references, and field activities

• Visit potential clients (businesses & housing societies) and present company services

• Build strong customer relationships and consistently meet sales targets

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results

• Follow up regularly on leads and maximize conversion opportunities

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Sales / Business Development preferred)

• Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in computer use and ability to utilize technology effectively

• Sales-driven mindset with willingness to travel and meet clients
