Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu.

• Visit garment retailers, wholesalers, distributors, dealers, and chain stores to promote ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO) products.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.

• Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Follow up on payments and ensure excellent customer service.

• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to management.

• Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Candidate Profile

✔ 6+ years of Field Sales experience in the Textile / Garment / Apparel Industry
✔ Strong network with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and dealers in Tamil Nadu
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
✔ Valid driving licence preferred
