Role Summary:
Responsible for driving student enrollments through counseling, lead conversion, partnerships, and on-ground marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents on academic programs
• Drive enrollments via walk-ins, referrals, and leads
• Achieve admission and revenue targets
• Build relationships with schools and local stakeholders
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives
• Maintain admission and sales records
Eligibility:
• Graduation mandatory
• 2–7 years experience in Sales / Business Development / Admissions
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset
