Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Science)/BBA/MBA

Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel, Email.

Bike with valid driving license must

Relevant Experience (Mandatory): 6 months -1 Year (B2B, B2C, DIRECT SALES

Candidates with experience working in these fields (Any of once) will be given preference for this job: Building Materials / UPVC Doors and Windows/ LOCKS / Elevator/ Tiles/ Paint / water purifier/ chimney/ sanitary ware/ Furniture/ Realty)

Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, Bengali .

Key Performance Area: Expert in Field Sales or Showroom Sales and Lead Generation

Job Description: Get Full Training On the Product Range

Get Leads from Builders, Architects, Upcoming Housings, Reference from Old Customers

Scan Areas to Find Potential Customers by Direct Visits

Meet Customer, Understand Need and Explain Product and Negotiate Price

Take Measurement of Required Window/Door

Attend Showroom to Design the Window and Share the Quotation with The Customer

Visit Again and Close the Deal

Align and Coordinate for Delivery and Installation with Team Members

Payment Collection

Keep in Touch with Customer for After Sales Service and Maintain Relation

Reporting Daily Activity to Management, Maintaining Customer Data Base

Travelling: Extensive Field Travelling Required (Must Have Bike & Knows Driving)

Area of Operation: Entire Kolkata

Salary Range: 18,000 To 20,000 Per Month (Incentive, Pf, Esic & Travelling Allowance Extra)
