Position 1: Field Installation Engineer (Broadband)

Qualification:Any Degree

Salary:₹23,000 Take Home + ESI + PF

Roles & Responsibilities

* Install broadband internet connections at customer premises.

* Lay and route fiber optic or LAN cables as per installation standards.

* Configure Wi-Fi routers, ONTs/Modems, and other networking equipment.

* Test internet connectivity, speed, and signal quality after installation.

* Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and connectivity issues during installation.

* Educate customers on router usage, Wi-Fi password setup, and basic troubleshooting.

* Ensure installations are completed within the assigned timeline and quality standards.

* Maintain daily installation reports and update job status through the company's mobile application or reporting system.

* Follow safety guidelines while handling tools, ladders, and electrical equipment.

* Coordinate with supervisors and technical support teams for escalations.

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of broadband, fiber optics, networking, or telecommunications.

* Good communication and customer handling skills.

* Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.

* Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.

Position 2: Wireman

Qualification:10th Pass

Salary::₹17,000 Take Home + ESI + PF

Roles & Responsibilities

* Assist in broadband cable installation and maintenance activities.

* Pull, lay, and secure fiber optic and network cables.

* Install cable ducts, clips, junction boxes, and related accessories.

* Support engineers during new installations, repairs, and service visits.

* Identify and report cable faults or physical damage.

* Handle installation tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

* Maintain cleanliness and proper organization at work sites.

* Follow all electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.

* Complete assigned field tasks within the specified timelines.

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of wiring and cable installation is preferred.

* Physically fit for outdoor field work.

* Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

* Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
