Position: Sales Executive – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: Ownly

Location: Hyderabad – Field Sales

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Interview Mode: Virtual

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves generating new business leads, building strong customer relationships, onboarding restaurants, and promoting the Ownly app.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and explain the Ownly app to potential customers and business partners.

Generate new leads by visiting and connecting with different vendors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Conduct KYC and onboarding processes for customers/business partners.

Visit restaurants and vendors to identify business opportunities.

Handle field sales activities and onboard restaurants onto the platform.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers/partners.

Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field sales and vendor visits.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Willingness to travel across Hyderabad.

Previous experience in sales, business development, field sales, or restaurant onboarding would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹3.2 LPA + Incentives

Petrol allowance up to ₹2,500

Performance-based incentives.
