Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt.Ltd., is into Sales Management for a leading private sector bank, and we are looking for Field Collection Executive Vertical to be part of our management team.

Please find the job details below:

Company Name: Agri business (On payroll- Fedserve)

Position: Field Collection Executive
Location: Sivaganga district, covering the area between Madurai and Ramanathapuram.
Work Type: Full-time (field work)
Key Responsibility: Loan Collections

Travel Allowance (TA): TA will be provided as per the company's policy.

Field-level collection of loan accounts. The role is exclusively for collections, and there is no business sourcing involved.

Loan Product/Vertical: Loan Collection.

Experience Required: Prior experience in collections will be preferred, but fresh candidates with good communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Specific Requirements: Candidates should possess good communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities to interact with customers and ensure timely collections. Higher educational qualifications are not mandatory; practical field experience and interpersonal skills are more important.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
