Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at Liono Enterprizes. The Collections Executive is responsible for following up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. The goal is to minimize bad debt and improve overall cash flow.

Follow up on promised payments and ensure timely receipt.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment status in the system.

Handle customer interactions professionally and ethically.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Prepare collection status reports and share updates with management.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/collection software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or dialer tools).

Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet collection targets.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
