We are looking for a Field Boy to join our team at Shukrana International. The role requires DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS AND SAMPLES IN NCR REGION. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹18000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND prospects of growth AS PER THE PERFORMANCE AND BEHVAVIOR.The behavior ,honesty ,integrity and regularity is the key area of selection .

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients, vendors, and sites as per daily assignment

• Deliver and collect documents, samples, materials, or payments

• Support sales and operations team with field activities

• Ensure regular work without unwanted leaves and show responsibility in your work and attitude

• Maintain proper record of visits, deliveries, and expenses

• Follow company discipline, safety rules, and reporting structure

• Coordinate daily with office staff for work updates

• Handle assigned tasks responsibly and maintain company reputation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential
