Job Summary:
The Field Advisor/Senior Field Advisor serves as a crucial link between farmers and the company, providing agronomy expertise, crop advisory, and product demonstrations to enhance field productivity. This role combines technical knowledge with field-level engagement to promote sustainable farming practices while driving sales of agriculture inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Farmer Advisory & Field Support
• Conduct soil testing, crop health assessments, and pest/disease diagnosis in farmers’ fields.
• Recommend customized solutions (nutrient management) based on crop stages.
• Organize farmer meetings, field days, and demo plots to showcase product effectiveness.
2. Product Promotion & Sales Support
• Educate farmers on proper usage, dosage, and benefits of company products.
• Assist the sales team in convert into sales through technical credibility.
• Gather farmer feedback to improve products/services.
3. Training & Knowledge Dissemination
• Train dealers, and farmers on best practices.
• Create simple technical guides/videos (local language) for farmer education.
4. Data Collection & Reporting
• Document field observations, success stories, and challenges.
• Share reports on product performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
• B.Sc. in Agriculture (Agronomy, Horticulture) or Diploma in Agriculture.
Experience:
• 1-3 years in agri-advisory, extension services, or field sales (fresh graduates with farm exposure may apply).
Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong agronomy knowledge (crop cycles, soil health, pest management).
✔ Excellent communication (local language fluency essential).
✔ Problem-solving attitude – ability to troubleshoot farm issues.
✔ Two-wheeler license (mandatory for field travel).
