We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell construction chemicals, waterproofing products, repair and rehabilitation solutions, flooring systems, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting contractors, consultants, builders, architects, and project owners, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for construction chemicals and waterproofing products.
Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project management companies.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Follow up on inquiries, payments, and customer feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and site support.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
