
Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors to build a strong agency network
Train, motivate, and guide agents to achieve sales targets
Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel
Monitor agent performance and provide regular support & feedback
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders
Plan and execute strategies to increase business volume and productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
