Anantam Site Manager is a construction project management SaaS built by Anantam Designs, an Ahmedabad-based architecture and interior design studio. The app helps architects, interior designers, and real estate developers run their sites digitally - task tracking, drawings, material tracking, site communication, and approvals - in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, on iOS, Android, and Web.
We're founder-led, bootstrapped, and growing. You'll be our first dedicated sales hire, working directly with the founder to build the sales engine from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → follow-up → close → onboarding handoff
Build and work a pipeline of architects, interior design firms, and real estate developers across Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara) and later Maharashtra
Conduct product demos in person at client offices/sites and online
Follow up on inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals
Maintain a clean pipeline in CRM/Google Sheets with accurate stage and follow-up tracking
Attend industry events, CREDAI/IIA/IIID meetups, and site visits to build relationships
Feed client objections and feature requests back to the product team
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of B2B sales experience — SaaS, building materials, real estate, or construction industry background is a strong plus
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (our clients switch between all three)
Comfortable with field sales: cold visits, site meetings, demos on a phone or laptop
Confident presenting to firm owners, senior architects, and developer promoters
Self-driven and organized — you'll manage your own calendar and pipeline
Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the city daily
