Role Summary - The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) / Branch Sales Officer (BSO) is responsible for driving business for Home Loans and Mortgage Loans through DSA and DST channels. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high-quality sourcing and compliance.
Products Handled Home Loan Mortgage Loan (Loan Against Property - LAP) Sales Channels
1. DSA Channel (Direct Selling Agent)
Source business through DSAs available in the market
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs
Drive productivity and ensure consistent business flow from channel partners
2. DST Channel (Direct Sales / Open Market)
Generate business through self-sourcing and open market activities
Identify new customer segments and business opportunities
Build a strong pipeline through field networking and referrals
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Graduate (any stream)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Home Loan / Mortgage (LAP) sales
Experience in DSA and/or DST channel is mandatory
Proven stability with proper documentation
Maximum age: 40 years
Minimum CIBIL score: 700
Must own a two-wheeler or have a valid driving license
Compensation Structure
CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (depending on location and experience)
