The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and achieving revenue targets.
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
Maintain and update the lead database.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
Follow up on sales inquiries promptly.
Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Suggest new business strategies to enhance revenue.
Identify potential growth areas and partnerships.
Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Assist in planning and executing business development strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can also apply depending on company).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and close sales.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales
