We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role will involve generating new outbound leads, building client relationships, and helping expand our global presence in the software development and affiliate marketing domains.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to lead client acquisition, build lasting partnerships, and expand our global footprint in IT services and affiliate marketing solutions.
This role demands someone who understands both technology and business, with strong skills in outbound lead generation, client handling, and managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inbound leads, calls, and emails professionally.
Drive outbound lead generation through calls, emails, campaigns, and networking.
Explore and convert opportunities on freelancing & B2B platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal, etc.).
Conduct virtual meetings with international clients (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.).
Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions in collaboration with the development team.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding.
Engage with potential clients via LinkedIn, Facebook, and CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (Developers, QA, PMs, Tech Leads) to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships for repeat business and long-term growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree .
Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and IT services.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) and business-focused social media platforms.
Ability to adapt to different time zones for global client interactions.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
