We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to acquire new customers, generate leads, promote banking products, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, digital channels, and other sources.

• Acquire new customers for banking and financial products.

• Promote products such as savings/current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products, as applicable.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, pricing, and documentation requirements.

• Complete the customer onboarding and application process.

• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for application processing and approval.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and acquisition targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and company policies.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
