Job description:

Knowledge of the MS Office Excel, Power point, Internet and the Search engines

Excellent written and verbal use of English

Proven ability to think laterally, strategically, diagnostically and impartially

Excellent grasp of business and handling pipeline.

Impressive negotiation skills

Experience of filtering the leads out of inquiry

Ability and knowledge of preparing brief for planning team

Experience of Closing the deal in least attempts

Excellent presentation skills

Fast, accurate and succinct report writing ability

Team player and should have experience working and coordinating a multi team environment

Conversationalist who could transform client requirements into conceivable briefs for planning team.

Roles & Responsibility

Identify and develop new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve repeat/ referral business.

Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.

You are required to build up business by doing strategic planning and conceptualization based on client’s brief and requirement.

You will be responsible for developing new plans, strategies and pitching for new and existing clients.

Conduct Detailed Market Analysis to identify opportunities for concerned organization's services.

Create and manage an effective key account sales action plan aligned to sustaining incremental revenue growth.

To be responsible for the upkeep of all personal revenue tracking systems and provide accurate written and verbal revenue forecasts to management.

Being part of business development your performance will directly be measured by revenues achieved by you.

Being part of business development you will have target oriented work which you have to perform as per the clients’ deadlines.

You will get the support of team of operations, creative’s and planning from our network area.

Marketing intelligence report (MIR) on monthly basis would be submitted to the management.
