Job Title: Business Development Manager

Industry: Hardware (Speedex cooling and Heat transfer

Location: Secunderabad Raniganj

Gender: Female candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, dealers, and retail stores

- Pitch hardware products like fittings, fasteners, tools, and building materials

- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and procurement heads

- Handle client queries, quotations, and follow-ups

- Maintain sales records and achieve monthly targets

- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse for timely delivery

Requirements:

- Any graduate, BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

- Fresher with 0-1 year experience welcome

- Strong communication skills in English + regional language

- Confident, professional, and client-facing attitude

- Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge is an advantage
