We are looking for Business Development Executives (BDE) and would appreciate your support in sourcing suitable candidates.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales

Industry: EdTech / K-12 / Robotics Solutions

CTC: Rs. 3 LPA

Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers can also apply)

Locations: Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand & Rajasthan

Travel: Frequent field travel and school visits required

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools and meet Principals, HODs and key decision-makers.

• Generate leads and develop business in the K-12 education sector.

• Present and demonstrate Smart Classrooms, Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Digital Content, AI, Robotics

& STEM solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools.

• Manage follow-ups and the complete sales cycle.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• EdTech/K-12/School Sales exposure will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in field sales are welcome to apply.

• Must be comfortable with extensive travelling and regular school visits.

1. General Hiring Details

Working Days: 5.5 days per week – 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.

Candidate Preference: Local candidates only.

Interview Mode: Telephonic.

Interview Rounds: 2 rounds.

2. Field Sales & Travel Details

Personal Two-Wheeler: Not mandatory.

TA/DA: Yes, TA/DA will be provided separately for local as well as outstation travel, as per company policy.

Travel Requirement: Candidates will be required to visit schools within their assigned city as well as nearby districts.

Performance-Based Incentive: Yes, performance-based incentives will be provided over and above the fixed CTC
