We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for construction materials and interior solutions. If you're passionate about sales, confident, and eager to grow, this opportunity is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients/sites

• Promote and pitch our services

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance

• Explore new markets and locations

• Negotiate and close deals effectively

✅ Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

• Degree holders or Civil Engineering background are a plus

• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Construction/Building materials)

• Freshers with strong interest in sales are also welcome

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Must speak Hindi, Telugu & English•

• Self-driven and goal-oriented

• Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM)

Must own a two-wheeler• with a valid license

• Willing to travel locally as needed
