Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hyderabad
Industry: Interior Design / Architecture / Fit-Out
Experience Required: 1–4 Years

🔹 Role Highlights

• Direct involvement in expanding a growing interior design business
• Opportunity to handle residential, commercial, and retail clients
• Close coordination with design and project execution teams
• Target-driven role with strong growth potential
• Exposure to architects, builders, and real estate developers

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits
• Meet potential clients and understand project requirements
• Prepare proposals and coordinate costing with design teams
• Negotiate and close deals within timelines
• Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

🔹 Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Interior Design or related field
• Experience in sales or business development (interiors / real estate / construction preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and comfortable with fieldwork
