
Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, references, and market mapping
Acquire new Current Account & Savings Account customers
Explain product features, interest rates, and service benefits to prospects
Conduct KYC, documentation, and compliance for account opening
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition & deposit targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Increase customer wallet share and grow deposit balances
Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling bank products (FD, RD, insurance, loans, etc.)
