Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and contribute to business growth. Candidates with prior experience in a creative, advertising, or digital agency environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, networking, and other platforms

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with creative and strategy teams for proposals and presentations

• Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client discussions

• Maintain and update lead databases, sales pipelines, and reports

• Assist in preparing pitch decks, presentations, and business proposals

• Conduct market research to identify new industries, brands, and partnership opportunities

• Work towards achieving monthly business development and lead generation targets

• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication throughout the sales process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or similar roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation tools, and email communication

• Good understanding of sales processes and client servicing

• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative services will be an added advantage
