Role & responsibilities
Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations and clinical detailing to doctors.
Develop a sustainable business model for selling Medical Device or services in clinics and hospitals.
Establish a successful ground-level sales structure and revenue stream.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) .
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals .
Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales pipeline .
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree (Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences preferred)
1-4 years in medical device/pharma/healtcare
Proven experience in doctor engagement and institutional sales
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle territory ownership
