Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development for Retirement & Pension / NPS solutions in the assigned geography.
• Identify and develop opportunities across Government, PSU, Corporate and Institutional segments.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and institutional clients.
• Generate and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and business discussions with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of acquired clients.
• Track business performance and ensure achievement of assigned revenue/business objectives.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing clients for business expansion and retention.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory guidelines.
