Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

Generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Regularly visit dealers, retailers, and project sites to drive product demand and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closure and delivery.

Market Development

Identify and onboard new retailers, contractors, and plumbing professionals.

Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations when required.

Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Product Knowledge & Promotion

Maintain in-depth knowledge of plumbing products, including PVC/CPVC/UPVC pipes, fittings, and accessories.

Promote new product lines, schemes, and offers to customers.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer feedback.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager/Partners.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

2–4 years of sales experience in pipes, plumbing, sanitaryware, or construction materials industry.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Technical diploma or background in plumbing or civil-related fields is a plus.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Negotiation and closing skills.

Knowledge of Indore and surrounding regional market.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).

Other Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Willingness to travel within Indore and nearby regions for field visits.

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
