Position: Sales Officer – MSME Loans
Job Summary: Responsible for sourcing, assessing, and acquiring MSME clients for unsecured and secured business loans. Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement targets through field visits, lead generation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential MSME loan customers.
- Conduct field visits and financial assessment of borrowers.
- Assist in loan documentation and coordinate with credit and disbursement teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure timely collections. Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in MSME or business loan sales (NBFC/Bank preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge and willingness to travel.
