
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers visiting or assigned to the branch.
Act as the primary contact for policy servicing, renewals, and after-sales support.
Assist clients with policy issuance, document collection, premium payments, and updates.
Handle customer queries related to insurance products, coverage, benefits, and procedures.
Support the branch in achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling insurance plans.
Coordinate with sales teams, underwriting, and operations to ensure smooth policy processing.
Follow up with customers for renewals and revival of lapsed policies.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and service-related issues quickly.
Conduct relationship-building activities such as customer meets, retention drives, and service calls
