Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving car loan business at the branch level, managing the sales team, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition. The role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and knowledge of auto loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive car loan sales and achieve monthly & quarterly business targets
Manage and lead a team of Team Leaders, Sales Executives & Telecallers
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, DSAs, and channel partners
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit & compliance policies
Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and motivation
Track daily sales activities, logins, approvals, and disbursements
Coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams for smooth processing
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Handle escalations and resolve customer or partner issues
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years in sales, preferably in car loans / auto finance / banking NBFC sector
At least 1–2 years of team handling experience
