### Job Purpose

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving branch-level business growth in affordable housing finance by managing sales teams, sourcing home loan & LAP business, and ensuring achievement of targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.

## Key Responsibilities

### Sales & Business Development

Drive Home Loan & LAP• business in the affordable housing segment

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets

Develop business through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing•

• Identify local market opportunities and increase branch penetration

### Team Management

Lead, motivate, and manage Relationship Officers / Sales Officers•

• Conduct daily reviews, joint field visits, and performance tracking

• Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve productivity

### Operations & Process

Ensure proper login, documentation, and coordination• with credit & operations teams

• Monitor TAT and ensure smooth disbursement process

• Maintain high-quality sourcing with minimal rejections

### Compliance & Risk

Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, and regulatory norms•

• Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels

• Monitor early warning signals and support collections if required

### Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with DSAs, developers, and local influencers•

• Handle key customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

## Eligibility & Skills

### Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Affordable Housing Finance

Minimum 2–3 years in a team-handling role•

### Skills

• Strong local market knowledge

• Excellent people management and leadership skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented approach

• Good communication and negotiation abilities

### Education

• Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
