Customer Relationship Executive (Home Loans / LAP/ commercial Loan)

📍 Location: Thane – Pinak Galaxy, Mumbai ,Maharashtra 400607.

💰 CTC: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA+ Incentive

📈 Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive with experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and BSA Networking.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and onboard new BSAs and Developers.

✅ Generate Home Loan and LAP business through BSA and Builder networks.

✅ Revive and strengthen relationships with existing and inactive BSAs.

✅ Manage BSA relationships and ensure smooth task delivery for assigned logins.

✅ Build and maintain relationships with Developers, Lead Partners, Affordable Housing Builders, and Brokers.

✅ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

✅ Stay updated on market trends, competition, and new product offerings.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Excellent communication and sales abilities.
