
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the microfinance operations at the client level:
Handle 500+ clients and a portfolio of Rs. Rs.75 Lakhs – 1.5 Crore.
To enroll new clients per month.
To survey new villages and submit village mapping form to Branch Manager
To conduct open general meeting with clients for their grievances
To Identify target borrowers and to form groups and centers.
To conduct CGT (Compulsory Group Training) and to ensure that each member has clearly understood Satin’s credit policies.
Fill in loan applications and make recommendations to Branch Manager.
Document and report client feedback regarding the lending process.
Maintain client level portfolio quality and control:
To ensure full, on time loan repayments at the center.
Complete client level CDS.
Immediate updation of collection in LMS
Conduct loan utilization checks on regular intervals.
Follow up loans in arrears.
Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
To check 100% LUC after 3 subsequent center meetings
Participate as an active member of the overall branch team:
Attend weekly staff meetings.
Participate in quarterly and annual branch planning workshops.
Provide back-up support to other team members as needed.
Assist in the recruitment and training activities of new recruits held at the branch.

Ability to read and respond in English, mandatorily understands and speaks Local Language
Can articulate and has clarity on information provided
Logical Ability
Able to respond logically to standard on job scenarios (Collections/sales)
Should be able to gauge the Credit worthiness of a customer and decide on the case accordinglyIn
