
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Officer to lead and manage CASA sales activities within an assigned territory. The role focuses on acquiring Savings and Current Accounts, driving field sales performance, and ensuring achievement of area-wise business targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.
Responsibilities
Manage CASA sales business for the assigned area / territory
Acquire new Savings & Current Account (CASA) customers through field sales, references, and corporate visits
Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies to meet monthly targets
Generate and monitor daily line-ups and conversions
Ensure accurate KYC documentation and smooth account opening process
Coordinate with branch managers and operations team for activation and issue resolution
Track team performance (if applicable) and ensure productivity
Maintain MIS, daily activity reports, and pipeline updates
Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance, and audit guidelines
Handle customer queries and provide post-account-opening support
