Area sales Manager

We are looking for a Area sales Manager to join our team Tiles company located at Coimbatore. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹45000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Nuvocotto tiles in the Coimbatore region.

• Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

• Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for clients.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

• Ensure proper collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales executives to achieve team targets.

• Represent the company in exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings to showcase products.
  
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
