We are headquartered in Coimbatore and having its branch in Madurai, Koodal Nagar. We are looking for expanding the Madurai market and looking for hiring Area Growth Officers in and around Madurai.

Job Summary
The Area Growth Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with pharmacies within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and business growth in the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new customers (pharmacies).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Coordinate with distributors and logistics team for timely delivery.
Collect payments and manage outstanding receivables.
Skills Required
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science / Commerce / Business Administration.
Experience
6 months – 3 years of experience in retail sales in any relevant industries like Pharma, FMCG, FMCD, or other Retail businesses.
Freshers with strong sales interest can also be considered based on interview performance.
