Communicating regularly with buyers for new queries.

Proposing new products / ideas to grab more orders.

Costing & price closure.

Working with the buyer on ON HOLD po’s.

Offer Sample / Proto sample closure.

Working with Pattern master, cutting master & sampling team to save the average.

Specifying the print / embroidery / embellishment position & direction to their subordinates to avoid any mistake on any level.

Getting closure on print design, quality, color, placement, layout & size from the buyer.

Getting closure on Hand Embroidery / Machine Embroidery raw material & thread for color & quality.

Getting closure from the buyer on styling & fabrics.

Getting closure on delivery dates.

Working on fit submission as per proto sample / offer sample comments received from the buyer.

Working on submission of PP sample within quickest time line and to be couriered to the customer after review it properly.

Getting closure on the fit sample, all size specs & PP sample.

After PP sample is approved, take the swatch card, graded pattern, graded specs & last sample from sampling.

Pass on the swatch card, graded pattern, graded specs & approved PP sample to Production Manager after checking it thoroughly.

Its Merchandising Managers responsibility to provide correct sample, correct graded pattern, correct graded specs & correct swatch card to follow.

Working with shipping department for delivery schedule & timeline to ex factory the cargo. Prioritize & plan the production as per transit time & buyers urgency.

Working with the buyer on delivery extensions as required.

Regular monitoring of the production for timeline & quality.

Prioritize the production as per transit time & customers demand.
