• Coordinate with domestic and international buyers regarding product requirements, specifications, and order updates.
• Manage the complete sampling process, including sample development, approvals, and modifications.
• Handle pre-production approvals and ensure all buyer requirements are communicated to the production team.
• Prepare and maintain merchandising documents, order sheets, and production trackers.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality departments for smooth order execution.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery as per buyer commitments.
• Follow up on raw material availability and production schedules.
• Address buyer queries and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure product quality standards and compliance with buyer specifications.
• Maintain records of approvals, samples, and order-related documentation.
