ऑपरेशन मैनेजर

We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our team at TRUTHFUL TREATS LLP to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management – Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, track stock levels, maintain FIFO system, ensure quality checks, and coordinate stock planning.

• Procurement & Vendor Management – Source and purchase raw materials and packaging, negotiate pricing, ensure timely procurement, and maintain purchase documentation.

• Event & Aggregator Coordination – Liaise with third-party aggregators for pop-up events, manage documentation and billing, plan event inventory dispatch, and conduct post-event reconciliation.

• Zoho Books & Accounting Entries – Maintain daily entries in Zoho Books, record purchases/sales/expenses, ensure GST compliance coordination, and support monthly reconciliation.

• Operations Execution – Ensure smooth daily functioning, identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, coordinate between teams, and maintain SOP discipline.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 4 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
