Marketing & Promotion: Promoting events to target audiences through various channels to ensure high attendance.
Staff Coordination: Recruiting, training, and leading event teams to ensure professional execution and compliance with health and safety standards.
Post-Event Analysis: Evaluating event success by gathering feedback and creating reports for future improvements.
Required Skills & QualificationsProject Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, timelines, and budgets.
