1. FSE shall attend all service calls, Installation and PM calls as directed by BC
2. FSE will update the ETA, Call status and Closure from MIS Mobile App
3. Buy back material, replaced UPS/PCB and batteries (Scrap) has to be booked to branch office, copy of LR to be shared with BC and LE for collection and stock audit
4. FSE will directly communicated with SPOC and interaction will be with BC for any call clarification
5. FSE will seek support for Online trouble shooting with TRCE as and when required
6. FSE will interact with BSI if there is any escalation or priority calls
Tour bills, expense statement to be submitted once every 7 days to BC
