Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer (Electrical Specialist) to manage the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our infrastructure equipment and tools, with a primary focus on LiuGong machines. Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults on LiuGong earthmoving machines and other infrastructure equipment/tools.

• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal machine performance.

• Electrical Diagnostics: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit blueprints to resolve complex electrical issues.

• Customer Support: Provide excellent on-site support to clients, explaining technical issues clearly and suggesting preventive measures.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of service reports, parts used, and work completed daily.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / EEE / Automobile Engineering / Mechatronics.

• Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in servicing heavy equipment, earthmoving machinery, or infrastructure tools (Direct experience with LiuGong machines is a huge plus).

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of DC electrical systems, wiring harnesses, relays, controllers, and hydraulic-electrical interfaces.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
