2) Position : Maintenance Electrician
3) Experience Required: 2-5 Years
4) Salary Negotiable :25000 to 28000
5) Job Location : Bhayala,Ahmedabad
6) Job Description :

Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns of production and packaging machinery.

Troubleshoot motors, contactors, relays, MCB/MCCB, sensors, solenoid valves, timers, starters and control panels.

Diagnose and resolve VFD/drive-related electrical faults.

Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of machines and electrical equipment.

Inspect electrical panels, wiring, terminals, motors and control components.

Identify loose connections, overheating, damaged components and other potential issues.

Support machine installation, modification, shifting and commissioning.

Provide electrical support during machine startup and changeovers.

Inspect motor connections, current, heating and operating conditions.

Maintain PM checklists, breakdown reports and maintenance records.

Ensure all maintenance activities follow electrical safety standards.

Coordinate with the Maintenance Engineer/Manager for major or recurring breakdowns.
