Job Summary
The Engineer Technical Support L1 (Electrician) will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, with a focus on solar rooftop installations. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and maintenance of solar rooftop systems.
Provide technical support to customers and team members regarding electrical systems.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical installations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installations.
Document and report on installation processes and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements
Completion of ITI in Electrician or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in electrical installation or technical support.
Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and installations is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
