We are looking for an Electrician to join our team at Oriental Integrated Facility Management Private Limited. The tasks will include versatile facility maintenance, covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, focusing on installation, preventive maintenance systems , in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹21300 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute wiring plans, install electrical fixtures and equipment, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Install safety and distribution components such as switches, resistors, and circuit-breaker panels.

• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility and safe operation.

• Prepare and assemble conduits, routing wiring efficiently and securely.

• Perform daily inspections to prevent system breakdowns and replace outdated or damaged wiring and insulated cables.

• Identify hazards, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out repairs on faulty units.

• Support maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma with PWD Certificate or PWD licence

• 1–5 years of experience in facility or technical maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
