Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Transport management, employees, documents, materials, and other items as assigned.
Maintain punctuality and follow the assigned travel schedule.
Ensure the vehicle is clean and maintained in good condition.
Perform basic checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, and engine condition.
Report vehicle maintenance requirements, breakdowns, or accidents immediately to the Admin/HR department.
Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, fuel, kilometres, and trips.
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
Ensure proper handling and security of company documents/materials during transportation.
Support office/admin activities involving transportation whenever required.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company and management-related information.
Be available for local and outstation travel based on business requirements.
