Key Responsibilities
Safe Transportation: Operates buses for scheduled routes, park-and-ride services, special events, and field trips.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Performs daily inspections (brakes, lights, tires, fuel) and reports maintenance needs.
Passenger Management: Ensures the safety of passengers during loading/unloading, assisting with mobility devices if necessary.
Compliance: Adheres to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and university safety protocols.
Reporting: Maintains accurate records, such as trip logs, passenger counts, and incident reports.
