Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving audience engagement, generating leads, and improving the company's online presence across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create compelling visual and written content.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and analytics.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns where applicable.
Coordinate paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Creative thinking with strong storytelling abilities.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Experience with content planning and campaign management.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
